Parking Return and Cancellation Policies Under what circumstances am I entitled to a refund of the amount of my reservations, if I do not want to attend the parking lot? Once a purchase is made, the customer will have time up to 12 hours before the start time of use of the Plaza, in which the buyer may request a refund. If the notification is made within the corresponding period, Fersa parqueos will make the refund corresponding to the value of the Seat purchased, discounting the corresponding service charge. The owner of the purchase may send us a request via chat on the website, e-mail or WhatsApp 7191-6059, selecting the reason for the query "Refund of my purchase", attaching the purchase receipt and their identity number. The period in which the refund will be reflected will depend on the banking entity.  No refunds will be made for a purchase once entry into the parking lot has begun. How do I request a refund in case of rescheduling or cancellation? When a trip is rescheduled, a period opens in which you can request a refund of the reservations by sending a request via chat request on the website, e-mail or WhatsApp 7191-6059. We will not be able to make a refund if it was requested after the time in the parking lot has elapsed.  In the event of parking cancellation, we are pleased to inform you that the corresponding refunds will be made in a timely and efficient manner.
